Instructional Biology Inc. (iBIO) is a research-stage biotechnology company developing a connected technology stack — a biology-native AI reasoning system paired with a physical bio-processing protocol — aimed at reasoning across biological signaling as a connected system rather than an isolated list of targets.

ASAP is our Advanced Science AI Platform. It organizes biological evidence into a structured, hierarchy-aware graph — the Signaling Cascade Knowledge Graph (SCKG) — so relationships between signals, receptors, cascades, and outcomes can be reasoned about explicitly instead of inferred from a flat list.

MHFBP is a controlled, lower-temperature approach to preserving the native structure of complex biological material during processing, in contrast to legacy methods that trade structural fidelity for industrial throughput. It's the physical-processing layer our reasoning systems depend on having intact evidence to work with.

Five connected layers: the Markosian High-Fidelity Bio-Processing Protocol, a pathogen-reduction system, a carrier (exosome) manufacturing system, the reasoning system (SCKG, reasoned over by ASAP), and a therapeutic-regulation system that operates within a clinician-authorized envelope. The company was founded by Boris Markosian, building on more than a decade of prior work across neuroscience, computational data architecture, and biological operations.
