Why five systems, together

Each of these five systems solves a problem the others can't solve alone. A reasoning system without physically intact evidence to reason over will eventually run out of trustworthy input, because degraded material produces degraded data no algorithm can fully recover — which is why the bio-processing and pathogen-reduction systems come first in the chain, not as an afterthought bolted onto the science. A reasoning system with good evidence but no way to act on it is just an elaborate map; the carrier (exosome) manufacturing and therapeutic-regulation systems are what let a mapped hypothesis become something a clinician can actually use, inside boundaries they control.

We built the stack in this order deliberately, starting with the reasoning architecture: a system that can hold evidence at the right level of structure is valuable even before every downstream system is fully built out, because it changes how efficiently a research team can use whatever evidence it already has access to.
